Delivering complete banking support services to COC, CCO, Concurrent, CKYC, and CRC for Karur Vysya Bank, Coimbatore. During the course, eDATALABS transitioned from a partnership entity into EDL Technologies Private Limited in 2022.

Setup Offshore Support Services for Sentient.io Singapore.

eDATALABS Collaborated with CMS and enhanced its capabilities through a partnership with CMS IT SERVICES. Expanded our services to provide L1 support to the Karur Vysya Bank Data Center in Chennai.

Expanding our services internationally into Singapore and the United States. eDATALABS partners for ATM Cell Operations at Karur Vysya Bank Coimbatore, contributing to our rich journey of achievements and growth.

We played a role in enhancing education at the University of Madras by providing Turnkey Solutions that included OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) and Barcode Planning. We also implemented Document Archival Systems during this time.

eDATALABS expanded its reach globally by providing Project Management Support to a known client in the United States. We also established operations in Singapore offering support to Singapore Press Holdings. Formed partnerships with Peristera and Aspecial Media as part of our growing presence, in the region.

eDATALABS positioned as a Mid-Range ERP Solutions for the global market with our Pharmacy Automation Software starting with clients in Mauritius.

2001

Expanded our global footprint, collaborating with Ausmed, an Australian company and Macmillan for prepress and publishing services.

2000

eDATALABS embarked on its journey with Citibank NA as its client. We provided project management support for Websphere. Also ventured into Facilities Management. A Computer Literacy program for institutions was initiated at that time by Edatalabs.
